Priority Restoration provided top notch workmanship on all their work that they did on my home. That’s hard to find these days. The workers were very nice and professional. They were a pleasure to have in my home. They are very cooperative when it comes to setting up appointments for the trades. I really appreciated all their efforts! I highly recommend them! 

Priority Restoration is a company that “Gets it Right” from estimates to completion. They are good communicators. Professional at every level, on time and true to their word.They gave helpful advice and sent workers that were considerate of the homeowner, the property and they took pride in their work.

Priority and all their staff were great to work with during our Insurance Claim repair, which included 3 major areas of our home and the coordination of an unexpected Asbestos Remediation. They staff a crew of knowledgeable experts and trades people that did excellent, quality work as well as a very communicative and collaborative project management team. It was truly a pleasure working with ALL of the Priority Restoration staff, from my initial panicked claim to the completion of the project. Everyone was professional, personable and kind. Priority was thorough, and precise with their restoration for us. We had an insurance claim, and priority was kind enough to wait until we had an attic specialist come by resolve our ice damming issue.

Plus priority removed our mold growth and unexpected asbestos safely, just a few road blocks with an old home, thanks guys.

The best part was having an email in the morning from Rosi, explaining what was done that day and what we can expect moving forward.

Once the deconstruction from our water damage was done, Priority Restoration gave us a projected schedule for the reconstruction that was spot on. Their workers showed up on time and were very professional. They unfailingly tidied up any mess when they left, even if they were coming back the next day! Their work was excellent and they all took the time to explain what was happening and what the steps would be. Tony and Rosy were especially helpful and patient. We are very pleased with the work that they did which included some fancy dry-walling that saved us from having to retile our bathroom. We would not hesitate to use Priority again! 

We recently had Priority restoration take over our insurance claim when the first company was not able to handle or complete our claim. As soon as we had Priority take over, we were kept well informed, everything was explained and handled professionally and in a timely manner. My basement including our custom baseboards were back to what we had. Highly recommend! 

Priority Restoration has worked with us on two occasions in the past two years and have been outstanding with both (most recently they did work on our roof and interior ceiling). Project Management (Brian) and all contractors were professional and pleasant in their work, communication and scheduling. The quality of work was amazing. Couldn’t be happier and will definitely contact them again and recommend without hesitation.
