Emergency Team
Our emergency team is on call 24-hours a day so that when the unexpected happens, we are prepared to get your life and your property back to normal. We’ve done it all, and we’re ready to go the moment you need us.
Emergency Project Manager
This person is a Priority Restoration staff member who leads and coordinates our team of technicians who clean and mitigate the affected area(s).
Emergency Technicians Team
Led by the Emergency Project Manager, our team of qualified and IICRC certified Emergency Technicians are prepared to respond immediately. They have the expertise and equipment to efficiently handle the clean-up and mitigation of the property and/or contents affected by fire, water and/or mould.
Rebuild Team
Our rebuild team works collaboratively with our Emergency Department. Our rebuild team is there for you once the clean-up and mitigation has been completed by our emergency team.
Project Manager
This person is a Priority Restoration staff member who leads the entire team and oversees the file from start to finish.
Project Coordinator
This person is a Priority Restoration staff member who works under the leadership of the Project Manager. They act as the liaison for the client throughout the entire rebuild process. Their role is to book appointments with the clients to schedule work and trades, as well as the follow-up necessary to complete the job.
Office Team
While our emergency and rebuild teams are out in the field, there is an office team that is here to support them. Our role is to make the process between our clients and our company easy, efficient and effective. Our office consists of senior management, accounting, and marketing departments.
