At Priority Restoration we believe in a culture that supports the community. As an incentive to the staff, we encourage individuals to donate their time, during work hours, to support a community program/initiative that they are individually passionate about. Each individual is provided with a certain number of volunteer hours per year, and in turn they share their volunteer experience with the rest of the team through our internal
staff newsletter.
We believe that when you foster an environment celebrating volunteer work, individuals take interest in continuing to develop their community so that all who live here can be proud of it. As we all know, giving back is a choice, and one we hope all of us make.
